Database backup
Download a full .sql dump of the MySQL database using the
MYSQL_* credentials from .env.
Includes all tables and rows (users, sessions, transcripts metadata, SMS, contacts, etc.).
Audio files under uploads/recordings/ are not included — back those up separately.

Telnyx must POST inbound messages to this HTTPS URL (Messaging Profile → Webhook URL).
